Flexible Construction Training & Assessment ("FCTA") was awarded a two gold Stars in the ITSE Star Rating Scheme, which recognises high performing Registered Training Organisations. The FCTA was awarded two stars for it's Construction program.
FCTA was formed in May 2001. It was the belief of the Director, Jim Baff, that training and assessment services for the construction industry may not be as flexible as is needed in today’s fast paced society.
The company was conceived with the intention of offering of its services, wherever possible, in the environment that best suits the training needs of employers and trainees. FCTA has a variety of delivery methodologies that include a comprehensive Skills Recognition process, On-Site Assessment, On-Site Training, Distance Training/Assessment, as well as Traditional Delivery. FCTA’s consultative processes with both employers and trainees will define the most effective possible training arrangement for our clients; therefore reducing on-site absence for training purposes to the minimum.
FCTA is registered for Training with CITB and DETE and is recognised as a Registered training authority with Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) and the Accreditation and Registration Council (ARC). We also embrace the need for Tradespeople to “upskill” via the CITB funded programs.
